Carol Vorderman speaks to Peter Geoghegan, author of Democracy for Sale: Dark Money and Dirty Politics, who broke the story on how a computing firm, part-owned by Rishi Sunak’s wife Akshata Murty, is set to receive millions of pounds from the government.
The Murty family-managed Infosys is included in the “approved list“ of suppliers eligible for public sector contracts exceeding £750 million. Recently, it was among 25 companies awarded a £250 million contract by NHS Shared Business Services for the implementation of “intelligent automation.“
