This is as Russia said two Ukrainian crews of mechanized infantry combat vehicles (MICV) surrendered near Avdeevka in DPR. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said that bad weather is making it difficult for the Ukrainian forces to move forward.
