How to enable Extreme Memory Profile () on a Gigabyte (A320M-S2H Rev F50) motherboard - Ryzen

Ryzen CPUs benefit from fast memory speeds so if your motherboard supports a XMP or extreme memory profile along with the installed RAM then you can quickly increase your memory speed and apply a small CPU overclock if the profile supports it and this means your system will be much faster which is great for gaming and general use. I am running Crucial Ballastix DDR4 3200Mhz RAM, and without the XMP profile it defaults to 2666Mhz. I have done testing before and after the profile was applied and you can really notice the speed increase, thanks for watching! At some point I will tidy up the cable mess as well.
