I ordered Beef boat noodles (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือเนื้อน้ำตก), Price - 20 THB ($) per bowl Roti Sai Mai Abeedeen-Pranom Sangaroon (โรตีสายไหม อาบีดีน-ประนอม แสงอรุณ) - - Most Thais who visit Ayutthaya will always visit a shop to buy, eat, and bring home some roti sai mai, a type of Thai cotton candy eaten inside of a roti. I have tried it many times, but this was my first time to see the entire process of it being made. Amazing! Roti Sai Mai (โรตีสายไหม), Price - 100 THB ($) for 1 kg. bag Singburi Fried Clams (หอยทอดสิงห์บุรี) - - The highlight of this Thai street food tour was eating from the Ninja of all mussels omelets. He’s truly at acrobat at work as he tosses in 20 eggs per omelet griddle! Fried mussels omelet (หอยทอด), Price - 60 THB ($) Khaotom Chedi (ข้าวต้มเจดีย์) - - For dinner, one of the best Thai street food meals to eat is khao tom, Thai Chinese mixed dishes with rice or porridge. Don’t miss Crispy gourami salad (ยำปลาสลิด), Fish head stir fry (หัวปลาผัดฉ่า), Clams with chili jam (หอยลายผัดพริกเผา), Stir fried water morning glory (ผัดผักบุ้งไฟแดง), Fried shrimp chili salt (กุ้งทอดพริกเกลือ).
