Why Bertha? Because of the recognition she earned for her intentionally unstable boobs. I don’t think this ad ever made it onto/was commonly aired on TV, since Bertha is seen pulling ice cream from out of her cleavage and even shoving Cara’s face into it, and Cara’s back massager gropes her partly exposed bottom with a mischievous grin on his face (and a very visible bulge). It’s official from this ad that the animators knew exactly what they were doing, and begs the question - just what ARE these two ladies doing now? Uploaded without a byline. Animated by Hornet and directed by Dan & Jason, featuring vocals by Louise Dearman of British Wicked fame as Cara. Bertha’s voice actress is unknown.
