If you recreate any of these ideas, let me know on instagram @mina_rome :) MY EBOOK: My website: Instagram: Email: @ THANK YOU for watching! ------------------------------------------------------------ INGREDIENTS #1 Strawberry Mole Cake 2 ½ cups all purpose flour (310g) 5 1/2 tbsp cocoa, unsweetened 1 ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 cup sugar, raw (250g) 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seeds 3 tbsp water, letting that sit for 10 minutes) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 cup non dairy milk (250ml) ¼ cup water (60ml) ⅓ cup melted vegan butter (80ml) more for greasing 1 tsp vanilla for the cream: 1 ½ cups vegan cream (350-400ml) 1 tbsp agar agar ¼ cup finely chopped vegan chocolate (~ 50g) 2-3 bananas or 2 handfuls of fresh straw
