20 Mins Full Body Kettlebell FLOW Workout (Complex Long flows)
Join me for a Full Body Kettlebell Flow workout, we have 7 flows in this workout which feature 3-5 different moments in each flow, to create one smooth flow. 20 Mins Full Body Kettlebell FLOW Workout is suitable for intermediates who are experienced with a kettlebell and are looking for a more long complex challenge flows.
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. I will be using one kettlebell for all movements, you can use dumbbells if you don’t have kettlebells.
