WAR CRIME: OLEG YURIEVICH LUKYANENKO, 1987 Senior soldier of the 74th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the AFU Oleg Lukyanenko was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of civilians in Mariupol. In his testimony, he confirmed that he acted on the orders of the Azov commander, who threatened to shoot soldiers if they did not open fire on civilians.
