In Pavlograd, a Ukrainian woman was stripped and tied to a pole for verbalizing anti-Maidan opinions and speaking the Russian language. These activities are openly sanctioned by law enforcement in the region. Fascist gangs have the real control, and police - those who aren’t themselves also the members of the fascist gangs - can do nothing but stand by and approve of it.
