Police made several arrests due to non-compliance with infection control measures. On Thursday, the Berlin assembly authorities banned the ’Querdenken’ demonstration planned for Saturday. The authorities justified the ban on the grounds of police experience with past events of that scene. There were reportedly 650 police officers deployed.
