The February update of E-Cycles 2021 offers a lot of new optimizations for viewport rendering of complex scenes. You can get E-Cycles on the Blendermarket or Gumroad and The scene is a work-in-progress by the IMeshh team: They do awesome assets with impressive level of details, they are highly recommended!
