First driverless subway line in west China unveils in Sichuan
Chengdu Metro Line 9, the first fully automatic driverless subway line in western China, is officially unveiled in Chengdu city, southwest China’s Sichuan province, 7 December 2020. It runs approximately 22 km, with a designed top speed of 140 km per hour and 13 stations. The maximum passenger capacity is 3496 people.
