Bad Boys Dance Party - Grito/Bad Boys’ Anthem

We start every one of our sets with our song Grito. It’s a short hard jam that ends with a gut-based scream. We use it to announce our presence, to get the attention of the crowd, and get the band’s psychic energy engine going. With this, we unlock the gateway from the immaterial and bring its power to the material plane. A song makes you tap your foot, nod your head, tap your fingers, why? Because a song sounds good? Any person with musical training knows that if your music is in the same key and on tempo a song will sound “good“. What’s the difference?
