Gao style BaGua Zhang, hand and weapon forms

Wushu Bagua*, Gao Houtian (post heaven) Bagua, Gao Houtien Chai Shou (DuiLian), Gao Xiantian (pre heaven) Bagua 2nd road, Gao Bagua Shuang Tou Jian (Double Headed Spear), Gao Bagua Jian (Sword), Gao Bagua Wenming Guai (Cane), Longxing (Dragon Shaped) Bagua, and Bagua Yuan-Yang Yue (Deerhorn Knives) * The girl in blue at the very beginning is demonstrating a modern wushu form of Bagua. Everything besides that is from Gao Yisheng’s school of Bagua.
