3 ingredients CHICKEN TERIYAKI (No talk cooking 8)

Ingredients I used (serving 1 ~2) : 200g chicken thigh (no skin) : 80g marmalade (other kinds jam would work ) : 2 tbsp soy sauce *Don’t over cook chicken when stir-frying. I just stir-fried them for a few minutes to get a little crispy on both sides. But don’t be so nervous on that point. And 80g marmalade 2 tbsp soy sauce(not too old soy sauce) was the perfect amount for 200g chicken thigh (IMO). It tastes much better to me than using store bought teriyaki sauce.
