Video of PTCA stent with DES in a case of severe left main stenosi. IVUS guidance was used in order to optimize the final result; at the end the femoral artery was sealed with ProGlide. Lab showed no enzymes release and the patient was discharged the morning after. Procedure perfomed by Dr. Sebastian Coscarelli.
