Mind Hugging Mix of Brown Noise, White Noise and Pink Noise | Extended Cut Version [10 HOURS]

Hi friends, I had a request for a longer cut of the brown, pink and white noise noise. I am trying to now make all my videos 10 hours with a black screen for people to put on while they sleep. I don’t have much else to say about this video—only that it seems to be a pretty popular noise. Personally I really like this one too as I think it sounds good on my smartphone speakers. Please enjoy! #brownnoisesleep #brownnoise #sleep #pinknoise #whitenoise Information on Brown, Pink and Whiite Noise and FAQ What is Brown Noise? Brown noise is a neutral, and compact sound that has all the frequencies that our ears can detect. It’s easiest to think of brown noise like white noise but it has a lower, deeper quality. More warming to the brain and mind when listening vs. the higher pitched white noise. Think of it as a low rumbling waterfall in the distance. What does Brown Noise do? Brown noise can have many positive impacts in the brain. Some studies suggest that it helps people fall asleep and achieve a longer lasting one at that! It is also thought that brown noise can have a beneficial effect on people who have ADHD and that it may help calm their mind. Other studies have suggested that it can be useful for concentration and memory, although this might be a causal relationship with improved sleeping. What is Pink Noise? Pink noise is one of the most common signals in biological systems! It is a sonic hue, or color noise, that’s deeper than white noise. When you hear steady rain or rustling leaves, that’s pink noise, so you are probably very familiar with it. What is White Noise? White noise contains all frequencies across the spectrum of audible sound in equal measure. The name is derived as an analogy of light (like all noise colours) as white light contains all the wave light frequencies. It’s a bit more hissy than brown or pink noise. Do note, all my sounds are meant for entertainment purposes. The healing must come from within. My noises cannot be used in lieu of actual therapy or medical advice. Please use my noises responsibly.
