GIANT Bones of the Mound Builders

The colonists who came to the new world found began to discover giant earthen mounds constructed with an ancient knowledge & mathematics that had withstood the ages of time & were found unscathed by severe climate conditions & earthquakes over the millennia. While most of the ancient mounds have all been decimated and flattened, there are some that can still be seen today: - Cahokia Mounds, Illinois - Serpent Mound, OH - Pinson Mounds, TN - Moundville, AL - Spiro Mounds, OK As the setters would come across these mounds, they would often excavate & dig inside of them, and to their amazement find the remains of skeletons measuring 7-10 ft - often wearing copper ornaments, featuring double rows of teeth & robust skulls - some large enough to slip over the average person’s head. Right up into the early 1900s, newspapers like the Scientific American & New York Times documented these discoveries. Abraham Lincoln, our 16th US president, when recounting the beauty of Niagra Falls, wrote “When Columbus first sought this continent — when Christ suffered on the Cross — when Moses led Israel through the Red Sea — nay even when Adam first came from the hand of his Maker, — then as now, Niagara was roaring here.
