New French Supersonic Fighter - Mystere (1951)

Marigname Airport, Marseilles. New supersonic fighter - Mystere (Refinement of jet called “OURAGAN“) tested in Marigname. Designed by Marcel Dassault, a survivor of Nazi concentration camps he is now a member of the National Assembly where he represents the French People Rally (RPF). The Mystere did better than the fastest American Jet fighter Sabre, its speed is 1 Mack over 1200 kms an hour.
