I originally was going to use toasted seaweed for this recipe but silly me forgot to buy seaweed so instead I substituted it with Shiso Wakeme. Ended up tasing better than expected 😍😍

Sanji Seafood Fried Rice 🐙
2 bowls overnight rice
1 octopus tenticle (cooked)
2 squid
6-8 small prawns (deveined & peeled)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Shiso Wakame
*You can find dry or moist Shiso Wakame in many Japanese supermarkets in the furikake section.
Homemade Shiso Wakame:
6 tbsp Dried Cut Wakame
1 sachet () Bonito Flakes (fine crumbs)
8-10 leaves Shiso/Perilla (finely chopped)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsps Toasted Sesame Seeds
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
*Heat Wakame in a small frying pan over low heat until aromatic.
