Tyrone “King of The Ring“ Spong (born September 3, 1985) is a Dutch-Surinamese kickboxer. He is the reigning WFCA Cruiserweight Muay Thai and the former It’s Showtime 95MAX World champion, and is currently being trained by K-1 Legend Ernesto Hoost. Spong started out his career at Welterweight, and cleaned out all divisions to cruiserweight. He now has his sights set on a Heavyweight Championship.
