This technique is Flying Low and is led by Leila McMillan accompanied by Devid Dell’Aiera. The class explores ‘gathering and sending’ as a theme. The technique is about breathing, speed and the release of energy. They often follow their own rhythms but are aware of each other’s as well. It’s all about connections, the technique instantly connects to the environment around us, not forgetting any part of it or anyone.
