This is some of the youngest professional players in volleyball history: Wilfredo León Venero (born 31 July 1993) is a professional volleyball player who plays as an outside hitter for PlusLiga club Bogdanka LUK Lublin.[2] Born in Cuba, he represents Poland at international level. He was a member of his country of birth’s national team from 2007 to 2012. Considered by many as one of a kind, he led Cuba to the silver medal at the 2010 World Championship held in Italy, alongside Yoandy Leal and Robertlandy Simon. Arina Sergeevna Fedorovtseva (Russian: Арина Сергеевна Федоровцева; born 19 January 2004) is a Russian volleyball player. She current plays for Shanghai Bright Ubest and is a member of Russia women’s national volleyball team. Yuji Nishida (西田 有志, Nishida Yūji, born 30 January 2000) is a Japanese left-handed volleyball player. As of July 2024, Nishida plays for Panasonic Panthers at club level. Nishida made his debut with JTEKT Stings at on 6 January 2018 in a match against Sakai’s Osaka Blazers Sakai. His impressive debut at the young age of 17 soon earned him a position in JTEKT’s starting six,[5] as well as on Japan men’s national volleyball team.
