The Cranberry Bay Pack traveling in the snowy winter of northern Minnesota

Some picturesque footage of 4 members of the Cranberry Bay Pack this winter. The pack currently has 6 members but only 4 were captured in this video. The wolf that stood right in front of the camera is a pup that was born last spring. Wolf pups hardly look like pups by the time they reach winter. The first collared wolf in the video is Wolf V084, the breeding female of the pack and mother of the pup that stood in front of the camera. The second collared wolf is Wolf V083, the breeding male and father of the pup. V083 is the famed “beaver killer” who killed 42 beavers this past summer—a Voyageurs Wolf Project record by a significant margin! P.S. We got a LOT of awesome footage of wolves and other wildlife from this camera so stay tuned as we will be sharing a compilation of all the footage soon!
